When I try to create a shipping label, I get the a notice “Something went wrong at the top of the page”. At the bottom of the page, it says “To get shipping rates, you need to fix the errors for this order.” I have tried this with three orders in Safari and Chrome and I cannot get past this.

I’m getting the same error in both Chrome & Edge
I noticed that the only shipping method available to my customers is “Economy”, which is our free shipping. When I go to “Manage Rates”, I see all of the rates, but when I click on “View Shipping Rates” it says that it cannot calculate shipping from my area. Because of this, I think that they lost the connection between the carriers.
same for both creating labels and customers cannot order ugh!!

looks like the issue has been resolved. i am able to get shipping labels now
I was chatting with support and they had me refresh and I am now able to print a label.

Previously, our platform was experiencing issues of shipping labels not being purchasable and some shipping rates not showing at checkout. The issue has been looked into by our developers and has been resolved. Going forward, please clear your cookies and cache, refresh the page and proceed with creating a shipping label.
