When a customer tries to navigate to any page on my website thershop.com.au, they get the following alert pop up:
Something went wrong! Please refresh and try again.
Then if you go to the collentions page, there are no products. Can anyone help?
Figured it out. It was the app called locksmith. I removed the app without disabling the locks.

Vim aqui agradecer a você por ter respondido esse tópico, pois eu estava com esse mesmo problema há 3 dias e inclusive o suporte do shopify não conseguiu resolver o problema.
Depois de fazer uma busca na internet e achar essa sugestão resolvi o problema.
