Something went wrong. This store is unavailable

Hi everyone, I have been having issues. My shop has been unavailable for over a week now and I have no idea what happened. When you go to the shop the following messages show up: “Something went wrong. This store is unavailable”
I tried to contact support I sent a lot of mail but no one can help me “very bad support and not expert with technical issues”

In order for our team to look into this account-specific issue, I encourage you to reply directly to your existing support ticket. The reason is, the support advisor you’ve communicated with previously will already be aware of the issue you’ve shared regarding your store and you won’t have to create a new support ticket.

Through our community forums, we do not have the tools to authenticate your account, so account-specific questions are best supported through the Shopify Help Center or your existing ticket.
