I have tried many times since yesterday, but I still can’t open it and display an error, Can you help me?
A user is experiencing persistent errors when trying to open and connect the Facebook & Instagram sales channel to their Shopify store. The error has been occurring since the previous day, preventing access to the app.

If so, you will want to connect with the app developer directly for further assistance with the third-party app. They will be able to take a closer look into the error and provide guidance on how to resolve. To get in contact with an app developer, you can head to the Shopify App Store and select Support > Send A Message.
