I am working on setting up my store and I have come across this problem “Sorry, there are no products in this collection.”
On my theme page when building this is for everything including the drop down menus individual products, navigation.
I try linking them to the products and it is like they are not their. I have had a look at someone else who had this problem but the answer you gave did not work for mine. Please if you could help.
Thank you for reaching out and bringing this to our attention!
If the products aren’t showing up in your collections, then there are a couple of areas that we’ll need to look into in order to resolve the issue. The first thing we’ll want to check is to make sure that the product statuses are set to active and not draft. After that, we’ll want to make sure that the products are made available to your sales channels. We’d also recommend checking the publishing dates, in case you’ve set a publishing date for your products.
If the products are active and made available to your sales channels already, then we’ll need to take a closer look into the collections. If you’re using an automatic collection, then you may need to review the conditions within the collection. It’s worth noting that when an automatic collection has too many conditions, then it could be more difficult to have the products appear in the right collections. In this event, I’d recommend testing with a manual collection to see if the products are showing up properly. You’ll also want to double-check the publishing dates, as collections can also be set up with publishing dates.
If the issue is not with the products or collections, then it looks like we’ll need to access your account in order to resolve this issue. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. Please visit the Shopify Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request.
I’d love to know if these troubleshooting steps can help you identify the issue. Please keep me posted!
