For more control over your online store’s search results I’d recommend using the Shopify Search & Discovery app. Using this app you can:
- Create custom filters to let customers refine their search by multiple categories, which can surface more relevant results.
- Make and edit synonym groups, so your product descriptions match the terms customers use to search.
- Feature particular products in search results.
- Recommend related products on product detail pages to add to the recommendations that are automatically generated.
