It would be great to be able to sort a collection list by number of products. So we can easily spot collections without products.

Good idea, I also believe there should be a way to sort collections product wise.
Although, what I would suggest you is to post this on https://community.shopify.dev/ since this is where Shopify staff actually engages with people’s suggestion so posting here will most likely move your request forward.

Currently, the Shopify admin doesn’t have a native Sort by Product Count button on the Collections page, which seems like a major oversight for store management.
Hey @a_charle Posting this on the Shopify developer community is the right move as Moeed suggested — that’s where product feedback actually lands in front of people who can do something about it. The more specific you can be about the workflow impact when you post it there, the better.
