I have added a custom filtering factor ‘Size’ by adding product meta field.
but is it possible to reorder elements in ‘Size’?
The order of the custom elements seems strange to me.
I would like to reorder them from top to bottom as Large, Medium, Small, Mini instead of Large, Medium, Mini, Small as in the capture.

Sorry, this is not possible. It will display alphabetically. So you can’t reorder it.

You may want to use a filter app that can allows you to organize your filter items manually. please check https://apps.shopify.com/ultimate-search-and-filter-1. When editing/creating a filter, you will see a toggle Manual values, turn it on and add your needed values.
