One common thing amogst all is the label “Shop (via import)”. Any tips on what protection measures we can take against this?

Thank you for sharing those screenshots showing the orders being placed on your store. If the orders are being placed with the same email address/name/IP then you should be able to use an app like Fraud Filter to assist in blocking future orders before they are placed at the checkout.
If you are on a plan that supports Shopify Flow, you can also use Shopify Flow to cancel these orders at the checkout as well.
