Hello @Danmuges , hopefully, you have enabled the captcha for your website form submissions. So, let’s say there is any auto bot that is submitting the form and will be possibly blocked by Recaptcha.

Feel free to ping me if you need any further assistance.

Hello @Danmuges ,

I am Gina from flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $7Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot. Hope you are having a good day.

Here are some suggested ways to mitigate and reduce the number of spam messages you receive on your Shopify store.

→ Review and adjust your email provider’s spam filter settings to effectively detect and block spam emails, thus decreasing the influx of unwanted messages in your inbox.

→ Whenever you encounter spam messages, report them to your email provider and utilize the option to block the sender if available. By doing so, you contribute to the training of spam filters to identify and block similar messages in the future.

→ Install a reliable anti-spam application from the Shopify App Store. These applications are designed to filter out spammy messages and prevent them from reaching your inbox.

→ Ensure that your website and its associated plugins or themes are kept up to date with the latest security patches and bug fixes. Outdated software can be more susceptible to spam attacks.

→ Implement CAPTCHA verification on your contact forms and other interactive sections of your website. CAPTCHA helps distinguish between human users and automated bots, effectively reducing the number of spam submissions.

→ Limit the exposure of your email address on public platforms or forums where spambots can harvest it. Whenever possible, use contact forms or encrypted email addresses instead.

→ Whitelist specific email addresses or domains that you trust to ensure that emails from those sources always reach your inbox.

→ Stay informed about the latest spamming techniques and strategies employed by spammers. This knowledge will help you identify and avoid potential scams or phishing attempts.

→ Instead of relying solely on geolocation-based code, consider implementing IP blocking. Identify the IP addresses associated with persistent spammers and block them from accessing your website.

Let me know if you require any further guidance.
