Span Header shown on google

Hi,

Hope someone can help answer this - I have noticed many website have a heading above there www name on google - photo for example- is this something I can add via my shopify “refresh” settings or that is added by google - I am not even sure whats its actually called to search - hence the title of my question.

any advice would be appreciated

Hi - Thanks - I have that completed - but I trying to find out about the highlighted area in the photo that say Lloyds bank only above the www address not the header underneath.
