I tried to place on order on my store (www.newyorktropicals.net) and receive the message “there was a problem with your checkout shopify specific address”, HOWEVER, it only happens when I type one specific shipping address. (2735 Academy Street, Oceanside, NY 11572) It crashes every single time as soon as I type that specific shipping address. (Try it yourself if you don’t believe me, just don’t finalize the order) I have not seen it happen with any other address. I’ve used different devices and browsers, same issue. I need to make sure this isn’t affecting other customers and addresses. I’m new to Shopify and disappointed I’m already running into an issue like this. Please help.
