Ultimately, theme style is just a combination of theme settings and section settings.
As pointed above, the theme code is the same, which means you should be able to achieve what you want by changing settings in Customize.
Simply put, you can load one style (say Cuber) and then add/remove sections/blocks and change their settings so that it will become Looker.
