Spotlight Theme - drop down box size on home page

I am trying to find out how to change the box size for the product menu on my home page. At the moment it is too narrow and we have a lot of fields. Can anyone help me. I do not code and am not that tech minded (over 70) but have managed to get the site up and running with the help of all the videos.
