I am needing some assistance. I am trying to place a spreadsheet on our Shopify store that customers can download, fill out, and upload back to our Shopify page.
Is there a way to do this, via apps or otherwise?

It seems like most of these apps only let you build a form from the app and place them on the product pages. Is there one that allows me to create it in the template page that uploads a spreadsheet that I created? Maybe it’s there, but I’m not seeing it.
