We’re facing an urgent issue with our Shopify-based site https://marketmindsfx.com. Several users — especially from Latvia — are reporting the following error when trying to access our site:
“Your connection is not private”> NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID
We contacted our domain provider (Namecheap), and they confirmed that the domain is pointed to Shopify, and that Shopify is responsible for issuing and managing the SSL certificate. They also stated that third-party SSLs are not supported, so the issue must be resolved on Shopify’s end.
