Sorry to hear that you have had this experience. Would you be able to tell me a little bit more about this?
When you go to Online store > Domains in your Shopify admin, are you specifically seeing a message that says SSL pending? You mentioned that for the past couple of weeks you have been having this particular issue with adding your domain, - was this also related to SSL or did it have a different message?
Lastly, is this a domain that you purchased with or fully transferred to Shopify, or is it one that you’re connecting from a third party service? Please do feel free to let me know about it here, but if you would really prefer to speak to somebody on the phone, this can be done through arranging a callback by going into our Help Centre here.
