I’ve reecently received a customer complaint, they aren’t able to access our shop from their phone.

The error message reads: “The securtiy of this website can’t be trusted”.
They own an Iphone 14, and used Safari and Chrome. They are located in the sam country as we are.
Other people are able to access our site just fine at the same time.
Please let me know if there is something that can be done do avoid this,

Thank you for sharing your store URL and the issues you are having. Do you have a screenshot of the error message this customer is seeing? It can really help us narrow down where the flag is coming from (browser, ISP, ad block, virus protection, etc).
I did do a blacklist search on your domain and there was one hit from Suomispam, which you can review here: https://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx
You can contact any platforms that may have your site blacklisted to request a removal. These sites are independent and maintain their own records.
