We are trying to integrate our IdP, JumpCloud, with Shopify Plus. However, JumpCloud is not a supported IdP so Shopify Support will not assist me with the required information.
When I insert the IdP metadata to Shopify, it pulls all fields in besides the “SSO Login URL”. This URL is necessary and causing the disconnect between JumpCloud and Shopify. I am not able to load this field manually, but I also am not able to see what Shopify is looking for in the XML file to parse this properly. I can only assume this is referring to the “IDP URL” that the identity provider supplies.
Has anyone been able to integrate these two platforms before? Is there a trick to getting Shopify to recognize the “SSO Login URL”? Does anyone have any info on what should be in the field, as that is not an SAML-standard field?
