I’ve recently been trying to add a staff member. I put their name and email in the respective fields. Every time I send the email invite when its opened they receive an error that says “Unable to access (My store name).” Under that in smaller print it says “There was a problem loading this page. Go back to the staff invitation email and start again.”
I’m allowing very limited permissions and the only boxes I’m checking prior to sending the invite are “View Products” and then “Create and edit products”.
Am I doing this correctly or is the issue on their end? Their only assigned task is to edit product descriptions for me.
