How can we make it such that a certain staff acount only receives notifications when an order is placed if the order is placed by the customer in the online store. Therefore, not sending any notification when another staff member created the order through a draft order?

Check out our Shopify App for Order Approvals. You can add an email address that sends out a email notifications for staff. It’s based on orders/paid webhook.
