Staff Order Notifications Not Coming Through

Our email notifications about new orders have stopped coming through.

A few troubleshooting we’ve done:

  • Sending a test email to the email that was enabled doesn’t work.

  • Disabling, enabling again and sending test email also doesn’t work.

  • If we add a different email and send a test email it works.

  • Our email (custom address provided by google) is working fine.

  • We’ve received the regular Shopify billing address yesterday without any problem.

Any idea on what can be causing this?
