Staff tips and tricks for customers

I am looking for a live feed/forum that is interactive for staff and our customers. We are an outdoors/fishing store and want a way to communicate with customers who visit our site which lakes are doing well and what to use to have success on the water. I envision this as a carousel of comments with photos and names for each staff along with their comments. I want to link this on our Home Page as a carousel but also have a dedicated page with all comments, keyword searchable etc, search by lake..

If something like this exists amazing, otherwise willing to work with a developer.

While Shopify doesn’t have a built-in live forum feature, I’d recommend you try using a combination of apps and custom development:

  • Apps like Growave or Judge.me allow customer and staff reviews with photos, and you can modify them to function as fishing reports.
  • Consider embedding a Facebook Group, Reddit thread into your site for real-time discussions.
