My staff are suddenly unable to add products to shop. Cost info is hidden / unchecked from then and inventory is checked.
This was always the settings and suddenly they are unable to add products
I would check the permissions in Settings > Users and Permissions.
If you are able to add products, but a staff member cannot, it means they don’t have the permissions (Products > Create and Edit when in the user’s permissions).
