So i have a Shopify account and I used to have a Shopify store. A couple of months ago, I closed that store (at least I thought I did) and stopped my plan, but I noticed that I’ve been getting billed for it.
But when I try to access the bill/Store with my Shopify account, I get the message:
“It looks like you don’t have access to this store. Contact the store administrator for access.”
But I am the only account that has ever been connected to that store??
How can I access it and finally cancel/delete my store and all payments connected with it?
Looking into this, we are unable to authenticate you for the store in question using our public community forums. In order for us to look into the store, we will need you to reach out to our support using our Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before discussing the billing charges you have received with a Support Advisor.
If you are unable to successfully login, you can choose the option continue without logging in. Once you are directed to the Help Center - type in what you would like assistance with in the search bar. After you search, you should see the option to Get Support located towards the bottom of the search results.
