I’m still getting my credit card charged after my trial has been over. I’ve been charged twice now and cannot get a hold of anybody to get a refund and correct. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Your add clearly says that if you where on a trial , you don’t have to do anything once its over. How do I get my refund before I go to small claims next?

You would still be charged because you did not close your store and deactivate it. You will need to log in and deactivate your store in your admin for you to stop being charged.
