It has been 11 days and still have not received my money. I use Shopify payments. Do i need to fulfil the order first to get the money

I understand that it’s been 11 days and you’re still waiting for the payout. While fulfilling the order before or after receiving the payout is completely up to you, waiting too long can sometimes create a negative experience for your customers as their packages would take longer to arrive. However, it’s important to note that the payouts for Shopify Payments is generally within 1-3 business days, so there could be a hold on your payout and this would be a unique circumstance. Did you get a chance to check your emails (eg. inbox and junk folders) to see whether there’s been anything communicated from one of our teams?
If you’ve already reviewed the Shopify Payments eligibility for your country, then some possible reasons for account holds are related to information requirements for Shopify Payments, incorrect bank details, and/or issues with product eligibility.
