I have over 60 collections and within those collections there are 40 products. When I am doing a stock check for a restocking order how do I filter to see what collections are not doing so well, or what collections are selling fast so I have a clear view of how much stock to reorder? I am using the Dawn theme. Thank you

As far as I know, direct sales reports by collection are not currently supported. However, you can still navigate to Reports > Products can filter by various criteria, including collections and date range. Look at reports like “Sales by product” or “Inventory by product” to see which collections have low sales or low inventory levels.
