Now when we enter a new PO in Stocky it takes us to the Add Product page in Shopify. I have entered my PO information there and see where I actually hit “Ordered.” How do I receive the PO so that it flows over to Quickbooks and updates my variant quantity?

To receive the PO and update the variant quantity in QuickBooks, follow these steps:

In St, locate the PO you created.

Click Receive to mark the PO as received.

The variant quantities will automatically update in Shopify, and the PO details will sync with QB.
Make sure your S****ky and QB integration is set up correctly for this to work seamlessly.
The receive option is no longer available in Stocky. I was told by Shopify that this “feature” was removed and it had to be moved to development. Shocker!
