When I am reviewing our inventory counts, some items that are listed as “do not track inventory” in Shopify seem to have negative quantities in Stocky.
Do you know why it is tracking this item, and what we do to have the values on Stocky match Shopify (IE do not track)? I’m thinking someone from our company may have switched the item to non-inventory recently, which caused the Stocky item to quit syncing, leaving a large negative number.
How do we reconcile the Stocky side so it gets rid of the balance without affecting Shopify? What is best practice on this?
