Stocky - Product not showing up in search field of Purchase Order

I am having an issue on a few of my listings where no matter what I do I cannot get a product to show up in the search field under a vendor for the purchase order. This obviously makes it really difficult to keep an accurate list of what I have and the cost.

I have changed the vendor and tried to get it show up that way. I have duplicated the listing and deleted the other one to see if there was a glitch. Nothing. No matter what, I can’t get it to show up.

Someone please help so I can get these fixed. Thanks

I know this is over a year old, but was happening to me and couldn’t finish some purchase orders. Found out that the Vendor was wrong - products in stocky only show that particular vendors items on searches, so once I changed it to the correct vendor, it now shows.
