1. REGULARLY LOGGED OUT
Every few weeks, I’m logged out of Chrome and all Shopify apps. However, my business partner is never logged out. It’s particularly frustrating when customers are tying to chat.
Questions
- Why am I regularly logged out while my partner is not?
- How do I stop this from happening on my account?
2. TRAIN THE HELP BOT ON 2FA ISSUES
We often use a local SIM when travelling (or maybe you’ve lost your phone). Currently, all roads lead to the bot asking you to login, which you can’t do. The first rule of Paradox Club is not the first rule of Paradox Club!
Or if the bot doesn’t ask you to login, it links you to an endless 4,000 word, non-specific login help page which is pointless for millions of us ADHD sufferers. One other thing I noticed is that when I finally got to an email help form, it was covered by the chat window on mobile. So it wasn’t until I gave up on the chat that I even saw it.
Request
- Train the bot to provide specific, guided help for 2FA login issues
- Accept an email/password without 2FA for chat support only
I now understand recovery codes but any help on the regular log-outs would be much appreciated.
