Hope someone can help me with this.
We have enabled notes in the cart to allow customers to give special instructions / requests regarding their orders. The notes print on the packing slips and are used by our pickers when making product selections.
However, we have just set up Shippit for creating shipping labels and unfortunately, the customer requests are now printing on the shipping labels. Is there a way to stop this from happening?
(Shippit say we have to change our settings in Shopify as this notes field is used by many stores for delivery instructions which is why it is set up to print on the labels.)
I can only find options for turning the cart notes off - I can’t see any way of modifying where the information is shared.
