I am looking at purchasing a full sized IPad for my shopify POS system. This will be used at vendor events as well as in our farm store. I am ooking at 64gb but want to make sure this is large enough. I have an ipad mini for my kids so thinking this will be only/mainly for sales and my business (shopify, quickbooks etc.) Any advice is appreciated!

I wanted to share our POS requirements page in our Help Center with you. It doesn’t make any suggestions on storage capacity, but if you are using it for business primarily, then you should be totally good with a 64GB. You can technically run the POS software off a standard smart phone or even an iPad mini if you wanted to.
