After submitting our documents, I contacted Shopify live support every week, and each time I was told the issue was “escalated.”
However, as of 2025-09-24, our store is still inaccessible.
We are just a regular merchant selling general goods, and this situation has already lasted for more than a month.
Could someone from Shopify please let me know when my store access will be restored? Thank you.
