Kindly try to do some troubleshooting first such as, try logging in to your account to a different browser, switch devices, and clear your cookies and cache. If none of those worked, you might be having an account issue. Kindly reach out directly to Shopify support team so, they can further assist you. You can reach out to them by going through their Shopify Help Center and enter your concern on AI chat box, respond to it until the “I still need help” or “chat with a support advisor” option appear.
