Store closed abruptly

Shopify shut down my store with no warning because they want me to send information. I had reached out to support chat 3 days prior and asked them if there was any info needed ( had just finished making my store ) I had told the I didnt want any headaches, had read alot of complaints online about Shopify and told the agent I wanted to get everything I needed to dealt with. They told me everything was fine for the moment and would be contacted if anything needed . Then I get my first order, and a day before the scheduled payout, you shut down my store, customers are now losing trust and think I’m a non serious seller, I have a order to fulfill out of my own pocket, when I was assured by an agent that I would get my payout without any problems. This is unacceptable. Shopify claims their about encouraging small business owners but close my store without notice because they want information? You could’ve left my store open or told me you needed some information 3 days prior when I had asked. This is frustrating and I am not the first one to have to go through this

I understand where you are coming from. I know it is not ideal though, I highly advise you to have an open communication with Shopify support team and they have further knowledge regarding your account status or any issue that your account has if there’s any. Keep an eye to your email, spam, and junk mails as well just in case someone from their team reached out to regarding your account via the email address you used to register your account.
