Store Deactivated

Very kind of you to reply but the issue is I do not know why my store was deactivated. No reason was provided by Shopify. I have not a clue as to what their system flagged so how can I supply the info they need? I received an email on October 1 stating it was deactivated and to click a link to file a dispute with them if you feel it was done in wrong-doing. All I want is to be told why and then provided access to my store so I can fix the issue.
