I am experiencing problems with the mobile version of their product page. Specifically, they report improper spacing and alignment between sections, which is affecting the professional appearance of their store and resulting in no orders so far. I want a mobile-friendly store.

You’ll never get a “perfect” theme. A perfect theme is always built depending upon the customizations and changes you do in it.

Regarding your spacing issues, I can help you with that. Just point out exactly from where you want to reduce the spacing.

Of course, I do. Like I said, point out exactly from where you want to reduce the spacings from on mobile version and I’ll provide you a code which you can add and it will help you out.

Do you have specific examples? Looking at your site on mobile, I see no improper spacing or alignment. You’ll need to get a specific problem for people to help you fix it.

Your end result is the issue, not the theme. I see this too much these days. People aren’t buying so it must be a theme design, configuration, or bug preventing purchasing…

This store is on the Dawn theme, which is highly mobile-friendly already. And there are many successful merchants who use Dawn. That’s not your issue. I would strongly suggest you find out what your POD drop-shipping market is really like, and why there are millions of stores with no sales.
