Hi @abdulrehman1699

This is Richard at PageFly - Shopify Advanced Page Builder app.

I understand your frustration. A disabled store can be a major inconvenience. While I can’t directly access your Shopify account or influence the verification process, here are some steps you can take to expedite a response:

Contact Shopify Support:

  1. Live Chat: This is the fastest way to reach Shopify support. You can access live chat through your Shopify admin panel if your store login remains functional. Look for the chat icon or search for “Live Chat” in the help section. Explain the situation and mention you uploaded the documents a day ago.
  2. Phone Support: If live chat isn’t available, try contacting Shopify phone support. You can find the appropriate number based on your location on the Shopify Help Center: https://www.shopify.com/contact

Hoping my solution helps you solve your problem.

Best regards,

Richard | PageFly

Hang in there! Verification can take a few days. Keep checking your email for updates. If you don’t hear back soon, reach out to Shopify support directly for a status update

Hi I appreciate that you replied to my concern, but isn’t it a bit concerning that my store can be disabled anytime and i dont get any updates about my status even after contacting support. They are saying that it will take time, and when i asked how much time they have no answer to this.

Shopify is a well-known platform, such delays cannot be expected from a well known platform like shopify. I have replied to their email aswell because in the email they have written that if you have any concerns you can reply to this email but still i didn’t get any response.
