Hello everyone,
My store (www.thepaperfect.com) was working perfectly until today. Whenever I try to load it, I get an error saying “This site can’t be reached - took too long to respond. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”.
I didn’t make any changes to the store or anything, I just can’t load it anymore. It would be great if someone from support could try to open my shop url - if it works for other people, then I know the problem is on my computer/broweser/network etc.

I appreciate that you have included the domain to your store as that is super helpful. When I select on the link you have provided, it is directing me to your online store without any errors.
The store looks fantastic, by the way! Typically, if you receive an error stating that the connection has been timed out, this could be due to the browsers cache needing to be cleared. I would suggest clearing the cache on your browser and attempting to load into your store once again. If the error persists, you can then attempt to use a different web browser for accessing your store. For example, if you are using Safari try load into the store using Google Chrome.
