hey @SS_commerce you did a great job but you can do make more attractive store i think it is your first time to design or develop a store so feel free if you have any question about it
Hi @SS_commerce, hope you are well!
This is Anne from Shopplaza . I’m happy to share a few quick comments after reviewing your store.
Since the site is still quite new, I see the sections that have been set up so far look good and provide a solid starting foundation . I do have a few suggestions that may help improve usability and the shopping experience as the store continues to develop:
1. Add a search bar in the header
I couldn’t find a search bar on the store at the moment. This is usually a very important feature, as it allows customers to quickly find the products they are looking for.
A good search experience often includes product name suggestions, thumbnails, and quick product previews , so visitors can identify the item they want without needing to browse multiple pages.
2. Improve product detail information (especially size guidance)
On the product pages, I noticed that the sizing information currently shows general notes such as:
“Model is 5’8” and wearing size Small.”
While this is helpful, it may not be sufficient for customers buying clothing online, since they usually care a lot about exact measurements and size comparisons .
Many stores now place a clear size chart next to the size selection area , allowing customers to quickly reference measurements before choosing a size.
You might also consider adding a small section with care instructions (washing and maintenance) , which can help customers understand how to properly take care of the product.
3. Add a review section for social proof
You might also consider adding a review section on the product pages. Customer reviews can provide valuable feedback and act as a reference for new visitors who are considering a purchase.
Even a few reviews can help increase trust and confidence , especially for a new store.
4. Increase the visibility of the logo and brand name
I also noticed that the logo and brand name appear a bit small on the site. Making them slightly larger could help strengthen the brand presence and make the store more recognizable for visitors.
These suggestions are shared simply from the perspective of a first-time visitor and are intended to help enhance usability and customer confidence.
I hope this helps. Please feel free to share your thoughts!
Best regards,
Anne

Hey nice effort @SS_commerce
Hi @SS_commerce
Three days in and you already have a slider cart set up, honestly that puts you ahead of a lot of stores that have been running for months. So don’t stress too much, you’re moving in the right direction.
The most important thing at this stage is getting your cart to actually work for you. Having the slider cart is step one but right now it’s pretty bare. The low hanging fruit here is a free shipping progress bar inside it. For a store with your product mix, tops, jeans, skirts, jewelry, candles and perfumes, people are naturally browsing across categories and a progress bar gives them a concrete reason to keep adding. Nobody wants to be $8 away from free shipping and not grab one more thing.
The cross-sell opportunity inside your cart is also something worth thinking about early. Someone adding a mini dress should be seeing jewelry suggestions right there in the cart. Someone grabbing a fragrance candle might also love the oil perfume. These combinations are so natural for your store that surfacing them at the right moment could meaningfully change what people spend per order without any extra ad spend.
From my own experience, three day old stores usually struggle most with trust rather than product or design. Make sure your About page tells people who you are, includes a clear return policy that’s easy to find, and start collecting reviews as soon as your first orders come in. Those three things will do more for your conversion rate than almost anything else at this stage.
Give yourself some time, pick one thing to improve each day and don’t try to fix everything at once. And when it comes to the cart features, try to keep it all under one app like iCart rather than installing separate ones for each thing. It keeps your store fast and your costs manageable.
I just played around with your store. when you click add to cart, the motion thing is way cool. very neat
Hey Sydney! Nice start for day 3, you’ve got a clean look going!
A few things I noticed that might help as quick wins:
- Your header logo looks like it has some extra white space above and below it, which makes the header taller than it needs to be. Trimming that down in the image file itself would give your visitors more room to see your products right away.
- Also, your logo isn’t linked to the homepage right now. Most shoppers expect to click the logo to get back to the home page, so it’s worth hooking that up and once you do, the “Home” link in your nav becomes unnecessary (or optional).
- A couple of your collections are showing placeholder images instead of collection images. I’m assuming you just haven’t gotten to those yet, but worth flagging just in case.
- The signup popup that fires as soon as someone lands on the site is a bit much, especially since it’s asking for name, email, birthday, and phone all at once. Maybe set a delay on it so people can browse for a bit first, and consider trimming the fields down to just email to start. You’ll get more sign-ups that way.
Good luck!
