Despite the cost per Add to Cart being ₹108.8 and the cost per Initiate Checkout at ₹185.92, the cost per Purchase is a staggering ₹4,385.56.

We took a look at your site and seems like you did a great job with the images, designs. To improve your sales funnel, we suggest a few things below:

1. Pagespeed performance low on mobile version:

Your site performed well on desktop version but not responsive well with mobile version, try use the theme that responsive to both desktop and mobile. Besides, you can try to optimize the image filé, optimize the code, remove unnecessary apps or code to improve the pagespeed.

2. Make your header sticky:

Make the header sticky will let your customers easily access the information that they need when they scroll up or down.

3. Highlight your CTA buttons:

Make your CTA buttons more visible to have bigger effect. You can try to change the color, make it big and bold, use the words “Add to cart” or use the hover effect.

@Hackritish I’ve got some helpful suggestions that could help bring some clarity and help drive up sales in your store

  1. First things first, I think you have to be 100% sure that your checkout process is in order if you haven’t already done that. You could do a test run by trying out an order yourself in the store and seeing how it goes.

  2. Your accepted methods of payment for products in your store should be specified at the bottom of the homepage. Mediums such as PayPal and Payoneer should be present.

  3. Adding products that go conventionally well with one another and selling them at one product price could help drive sales. For example, you could put some of the nice hoodies I saw in the store and pair them with some pants at one bundled price.
