Store Feedback- not generating enough sales

Im looking for feedback to my quite new online store https://bodyguard-activewear.com/ we havent had the sales we would like to see and are wondering what could be the cause. kindly appreciating any constructive feedback.

From my experience, I noticed a few things that could be improved on your website.

1. Add “Call to action" to the banner
The first 5-second impression is really important. Having a clear CTA button above the fold can encourage site visitors to take action.

2. Highlight product price

Increase its visibility by using a large font size (similar in size to the product headline), bold text style, or eye-catching color.

3. Add hover to each button

Hover effects make the interaction with buttons more engaging, and a positive user experience can lead to increased conversions.

4. Add more testimonials

You should ask more reviews to the page to build customer’s trust. Customer reviews are proof of your product quality. You can show rating stars for each product or you can add customer reviews as text and photos.

Reviews are crucial when it comes to shopping online.

5. Add Contact form

You have the opportunity to learn more about your clients by using Contact form. After getting in touch with the customer, you might complete them on behalf of the client. You also have a more complete picture of the client as a result of the information gathered in this manner.

Sticky header is recommended, as it makes it easy for the user to directly jump to the menu at any point of time while they are navigating through the Site. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

  1. Put “Secured and trusted checkout with” in your footer.
  2. You can add social media links, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram on the site footer.
  3. You should add terms and conditions and FAQs if any, again these also help in building search engine content.
  4. Add a live chat option on the website.
  5. Further to increase your average order value you can add another section of Frequently Bought/Clicked/Trending/Bestselling products on your home page.
