In my personal opinion I think your store is really nice, I feel that the header feels a little to cluttered maybe try adding a burger menu instead. It felt user friendly on desktop I have not checked on mobile. I also think that the home page is cluttered with a bit to many products and not enough(this is entirely my opinion) I personally prefer a more simplistic look. Maybe add some more text to the home page and feature a few less products.

Also your banner image is a bit blurry on desktop, but I believe that could be due to shopify’s size limit. All the other pages are quite nice, I do like them a lot. I love the color scheme as well. I’m just not a fan of the home page personally.

I hope I didn’t come off to harsh in any way. And I hope this helps.
Good Luck!!

Hi @SHANKARACHERIE

I’m Garcia, a CRO expert from PageFly - Advanced Page Builder app.

Your store is simply stunning and I love the font choice, too. Really gives that refined vibe upon entering your storefront. There could still be improvements so allow me to drop some suggestions here and I hope you might find them be of help:

1. For the Homepage

  • Update your logo: Your logo is currently not appearing. And for it to not blend into the background, please also keep in mind the color of your header; choose a great one so that your header.

Update your navigation menu: The current navigation menu is having way too many menu items. This both makes your store at first sight look more scuffed and makes your header so big that it blocks the view of visitors, too, since it’s also sticky (you can try scrolling down and see what I mean). Consider grouping up your menu items into 1 or 2 only (Grouping all into a singular “Shop Collections” works!).

  • Add more sections: It’s obvious that your Homepage is incomplete. For a page that any visitor sees the moment they land on your page, and the page has to be the start of their journey, it’s mandatory that you include more sections in order to convince them that they’re shopping at the right place. Consider adding these sections: About us, Featured collections, Benefits section, Testimonials, Q&A, etc.
  • Include CTA buttons: CTA buttons are the direct impacts on your store’s CR. So, it’s also mandatory that you scatter your CTA buttons which link to any of your collection/product pages you wish, across your Homepage. You can try having one on your Hero banner, below your featured products, at the end of your Homepage for reminder, etc.

2. For the Collection page

  • Have secondary images appear on mouse hover: It’s recommended that you let your visitors get the full picture of your product within one page only. The comfort of not having to switch to multiple pages to get to where they need will surely help increase your store’s CR. Therefore, you can try having secondary images on mouse hover, for each of your products in any Collection page. This will help your visitors see different angles of your product easily.
  • Include color swatches and customers’ ratings below the title: This also follows the idea I mentioned above. Consider including color swatches and customers’ ratings right below the products’ title to increase trustability, too.

  • Remove pagination: This relates to the scrolling action of your visitors. Removing pagination means that your visitors can scroll infinitely and stay on one page only, making product comparisons and ultimately locking in their purchases easier.

3. For the Product page

  • Use color swatches instead of text-based ones: Using color swatches will definitely help your visitors visualize the product’s variants more easily than text-based swatches. Consider switching to this type of swatch, too

  • Add a customers’ reviews section: Adding a customers’ reviews section will help your product gain more trustability so that you have better chances of getting later visitors to buy your product.

You can refer to one of our premade Product page templates to get a clue:

I dearly hope that you have found my suggestions helpful! :slightly_smiling_face:

Wishing you the best of luck with your store-building journey!

Cheers,

First of all, your store looks stunning! I can see that you have a consistent theme,

Though quite fantastic, this store might need some alterations to become even better. Here are my recommendations to enhance customer experience on your store:

1. Optimize the hero section on your home page

A hero section is a large and visually appealing element at the top of a webpage, which can immediately engage visitors and encourage them to explore further. The current hero section on your website is pretty small compared to other sections on the page.

Therefore, I suggest making it larger and including concise messaging to convey your value proposition or key offerings to visitors. A great example looks like this:

2. Simplify the navigation bar

Your navigation bar provides very detailed information on different categories. However, to help customers avoid confusion and navigate easily, I recommend re-organizing this section to make it clearer. For example, the menu bar can include buttons like:

  • New arrivals
  • Clothing
  • Accessories
  • Blogs
  • About us

In each section, you can include smaller categories like this: Clothing → Tops → Sweaters/ T-shirts/ Jacket, etc.

Take a look at an example:

3. Add color selector to the product page

Providing multiple pictures of different colors on the same page makes your customers scroll endlessly, which can sometimes be annoying to them. Instead, use swatches to display and select color variations (not drop-downs) and ensure the main product image changes to the selected color. You can also consider providing a preview of the color swatch being hovered.

Here is a great example:

As an expert/enthusiast in UX, I recommend implementing these changes to improve customer experience when scrolling through your store, in turn increase your conversion rate.

Put “Secured and trusted checkout with” in your footer. Other significant observations for store optimization are as follows:

  1. Get yourself a professional logo designed. This will add brand value to your store.
  2. Make sure your social media pages open at the new tab instead of the same tab. This will ensure your customers stay on your website while looking at your social presence.
  3. You should add terms and conditions and FAQs if any, again these also help in building search engine content.
  4. Add a phone number, and contact form for the visitors.

I hope you find these suggestions helpful in enhancing your store’s performance and providing an improved experience for your customers.
