Dear friends ! I would greatly appreciate if you take take a look at my store here and give me a feedback! What have I done wrong? What do I need to change to generate sales? People buy from us in brick in mortar but there is almost no traffic on our website! 3700 visitors in 5 months with only 1 online order from friend and family. Thank you!

I did take a deep look into your web design. I see your page is very beautiful and elegant. For the design improvements, I would recommend a few things below:
1. Update the hero banner
“Hero content” refers to the key message or the key offering being delivered to visitors on a page, usually the homepage.
You should add a short description to introduce your store.
And also highlight the Call to action button. Having a clear CTA button above the fold can encourage site visitors to take action.
2. Adjust the text
For highly visual, you should reduce the font size for heading - paragraph and the reduce font weight for paragraph.
And also the font size of this section
3. Use the high quality image
This image look a bit blurry on my side, so you should use high quality images for all the website.
4. Add more product image
Each product needs at least 5 images to be properly evaluated, which could be grouped into 3 types:
- Images that show products “in scale”
- Images that highlight a product’s features.
- Images that show products from a few different angles
5. Add customer reviews
Social proof is no doubt important to any website. But while people can judge a physical product by images and videos and product descriptions, feedback from actual customers is the main way people judge a store.
