No age requirement for adult website. No business information in footer, contact page, or anywhere else. Refund policy exempts practically everything on your site. Governing Law section of Terms and Conditions is badly worded, and probably not legal. And buying adult toys from a no-name site with no information and no credentials just sounds like a doctor’s visit waiting to happen.
Hi there @SaucyPeach The nature of your products requires a strong sense of appealing to the visual senses to encourage customers to make a purchase. My first suggestion based on this would be to add a few videos on the homepage involving the products in order to engage the customers even more than images can.
I assume there’s a lot that people would be curious about regarding the tools and what separates yours from the others so I suggest that you display atleast three well written FAQs on the homepage.
There should appear a pop up window and remind visitors or your customers that this store is age requirement and if you are not after 18, please exist. This may help you bring more traffic when indexing by search engines like Google.
Hi @SaucyPeach
That’s a common challenge, and you’re definitely not alone! A few areas to focus on:
Store design & speed – Make sure your homepage loads fast and highlights one clear offer or product category.
Product descriptions & visuals – Use lifestyle photos and write benefits-focused descriptions (not just specs).
Traffic sources – Try running small paid campaigns on Facebook/Instagram or set up email automations to bring back visitors.
Analytics – Check what pages get traffic and where people drop off (via Shopify Analytics or Google Analytics).
These small changes often make a big impact on conversions.
If you’d like me to review your store layout or help build a traffic plan step-by-step, you can check my profile — I’ve added my WhatsApp link there for easier contact.
Hey, took a look at your site. The catalog is big and the visuals are strong, but the store isn’t really guiding visitors toward a first action. With adult products, people often browse quietly and bounce unless something grabs them right away.
A couple quick wins:
• Your homepage collections look good, but there’s no clear “start here” offer. A simple welcome popup with a small discount or discreet free-shipping incentive usually performs very well in this niche, because shoppers want a little extra push before buying.
• Make key trust elements more visible on product pages, especially shipping, privacy, and discreet packaging. Those reduce hesitation a lot.
• Consider highlighting a few bestsellers so visitors aren’t overwhelmed by so many categories at once.
A more intentional popup flow tends to lift conversions pretty quickly for stores like yours. Happy to share more details.
