I can see that you’ve made significant improvements to your website! Everything looks much more organized and tidy compared to the last time I provided feedback. I had a very positive experience browsing your store.
During my experience, I noted a few points that, if improved, could greatly enhance your customers’ shopping experience. Please take a look at the following suggestions:
1. Arrangement of the “Solutions” section
When I read this section name on the Menu bar, I would expect it to be a tab offering skin solutions, such as detailed analyses, skincare routines for different skin types, etc. However, when I clicked on it, the section seemed a bit overloaded, with a list of various product groups and even a Best Sellers folder all in one tab. Therefore, I suggest you reorganize this section, leaving only the “Type & Skin Concern” categories. As for the products, it might make more sense to have a separate tab named “Products/Collections” on the menu.
You could refer to the way Bath & Body Works organizes their menu, as shown in the image below.
For texts that highlight branding or show the store’s unique selling points, you should emphasize them more. Increasing the font size, using bold, etc., are ways to drive more attention from customers.
3. Improvements in Skin Analysis Page
I found this page quite useful and it could help engage customers further when shopping on your website. What do you think about offering a usage regimen along with the recommended products after customers complete the 3-question survey? For example, in what order should the products be used? Should they be used during the day or at night? How many drops per use, etc.? This information would help customers feel that the regimen is personally tailored for them, thereby increasing the likelihood of a purchase.
