Hello there @TiendasMD here are a few suggestions on how your store could be improved.
You should include categories for newest arrivals and best sellers on the homepage, customers tend to look out for these two when they visit a store for the first time.
There should be customer testimonials on the homepage. This would help your store look more credible and authentic.
I also suggest that you add a few short videos or GIFs to help make your products and overall store outlook appear more appealing.

Congrats on your new store! I can tell you have put a lot of effort into building this. Especially, there is a small pop-up window of 25% discount to boost sales as well as product recommendations of each product page.
However, I have some comments to boost sales. Here are some of my recommendations for better customer engagement, please kindly check.
1. Add CTA link for banner
I see you put the banner “Free shipping on orders over $150” at the top of the website that shows a very strong call to action. But for sales boost, you can leverage it to attach the link of product page/discounts/purchase, etc.
2. Optimize Hero banner
With just a glance over the hero banner, I can decide whether to continue exploring a shop or not. At my first view of your website, the hero banner is cut off and not attractive enough. Therefore, I recommend that you optimize Hero Banner with the most captivating image of your products along with your tagline (benefits offered to your customers).
3. Highlight your brand identity
In the middle of scrolling your Homepage, PUMA shoes suddenly appear which puzzled me about which brand I am considering. Therefore, your brand identity should be highlighted more noticeably with the tagline on the Hero banner and the addition of Value Proposition (to differentiate your business).
4. Complete your Product page
As a fashion consumer, I always wonder how that piece of clothing looks on me and people similar to me. Therefore, I would highly recommend adding more human illustration for your product. Also, to build consumer trust, try leveraging comments and reviews below each product
5. Add Testimonials (this is very crucial to build trust in customers)
As testimonials is very important to build trust in customers which can drive sales then, you can consider adding testimonials on Homepage (with the help testimonials from your friends, family, early users, etc.)
6. Add Live chat widget
I can see that your website lacks a help widget and live chat feature to allow customers to contact you immediately. How about having a powerful live chat to assist potential customers instantly, addressing their questions or concerns in real time? This can help prevent abandonment and encourage purchases.

Your website looks fantastic! However, there are a few areas you could improve to make it even better:
1. Product Image Preview: Some products don’t update the preview image when selecting different colors. This could disrupt the user experience, so it’s best to double-check all products. Also, displaying only the selected color in the preview can help shorten the page length and reduce excessive scrolling.
2. Add a Favicon: A favicon makes your website look more polished and professional. It’s a small but impactful detail!
3. Adjust Logo Size: The logo is currently a bit too large, taking up a significant portion of the page. Reducing its size will help optimize space and minimize unnecessary scrolling.
4. Optimize the Menu Layout: Similar to the logo, the menu takes up a lot of space. A good solution is to integrate it into the top bar alongside the logo, making your website layout more efficient.

5. Refine the Hero Banner: The current banner image could be more focused. Since your main product is shoes, consider using an image that clearly highlights them. At first glance, I thought the store was selling clothing. A more product-focused hero banner will immediately communicate what your store offers, increasing engagement and retention.

6. Button Hierarchy: It’s important to differentiate buttons into primary, secondary, etc., so users know which action to focus on. Right now, having two similar buttons might cause confusion. Improving button hierarchy can enhance user experience and boost conversion rates.

Thanks so much for taking the time to view our website. We will take a look at why some previews of the swatches are not working properly to offer a better customer experience. We are working on a different image set for our hero banner to make our visuals more compelling to our merchandising, as you’ve suggested. Furthermore, we will also include a Favicon, as well as adjusting the logo and button hierarchy as you’ve kindly observed.
