Hi @Che_Ad

I’m so sorry your frozen store is getting bombarded with sketchy emails, that’s a stressful combo

It’s unusual but not unheard of for scammers to target frozen stores, possibly fishing for info or exploiting your active email setup; they’re likely unrelated to Shopify itself. For now, don’t engage with these emails and mark them as spam and check the sender address for red flags (weird domains, typos).

In your Shopify admin (if accessible), head to Settings > Notifications to see if buyer emails are still routing to you despite the freeze, and consider tweaking your contact setup. Reach out to Shopify Support with ticket details about both the freeze and these emails, they can confirm if it’s a security issue and suggest next steps.

To secure things further, update your account password and enable two-factor authentication ASAP.

Hope this helps!
